The location is central. It is close to markets. The staff seemed proactive, so that was good. The shared bathroom and bath areas were acceptably clean.
The tv took up space in the capsule. That was annoying. The spa was only for men. The wifi was unreliable. it DIDN'T WORK at all.

The bed inside the capsule was surprisingly comfortable and it included a tv. the location is fantastic.. a major train station is just a short walk away and the area has many bars and restaurants. i appreciated that the front desk staff spoke english. they gave me towels and pajamas. Shower essentials were provided too.
the public bath setup meant there were no private showers, which might bother some guests.

the staff were helpful and nice.
I had to wake up at 10 am every morning (even though i wasn't checking out). i needed to leave the building and could only return at 2 pm. the entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. My clothes ended up smelling like cigarettes too.

The location was indeed convenient, with easy access to many key attractions. The hotel offered fresh towels, pajamas, and even a comfy pillow. It was like such a treat! I was especially happy about the women's-only floor. It included a special code for entry.
I did find it a bit inconvenient that I had to leave the capsule every day between 11 AM and 3 PM for cleaning.

The capsule itself was quite comfortable. It featured a nice mattress and a soft blanket. I had all the needed amenities inside the capsule. The space included a TV and an alarm clock, really maximizing the utility.

daily checkoutinsufficient airflow
I was disappointed by the daily checkout requirement at 10 am , followed by a 2 pm check-in. this disrupted my schedule considerably , as i had to pack and store my luggage each day. the lack of individual air conditioning in the capsules made sleeping uncomfortable . It became too hot during the night , and airflow was insufficient.
